Rules for using the SPA&Wellness Center
The rules apply to all individuals using the SPA&Wellness Center and are intended to ensure peace and safety while enjoying the Spa area.
- The Spa is a zone of silence and relaxation.
- Extra caution should be exercised within the Spa premises.
- Smoking, consuming alcohol or other substances, bringing glass containers, running, or jumping into the jacuzzi are strictly prohibited in the Spa area.

- Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to use the wet area, except on Sundays from 12:00 to 14:00.
- Please maintain silence within the Spa premises. Spa staff have the right to ask individuals who do not adhere to the silence policy or disrupt the comfort of other guests to leave, after a prior warning. In such cases, the hotel will not refund any admission costs.
- Kindly inform the Spa reception in advance if you wish to use the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi will be operated exclusively by Spa staff.
- It is mandatory to change footwear to alternative shoes within the wet area. If you don't have alternative footwear, disposable flip-flops can be purchased at the Spa reception.
- Before entering the sauna, steam room, or jacuzzi, it is necessary to wash the entire body under the shower.
- The use of the dry sauna should be done exclusively with a towel (without swimwear, slippers, or flip-flops).
- The use of the steam room should be done exclusively with swimwear or briefs (without towels).
- Please change clothes in the changing room and leave personal belongings in the designated lockers.
- The staff is not responsible for items left in the lockers or within the Spa premises.
- Bathrobes can be rented by guests for a fee.
- Please report any irregularities, malfunctions, etc., affecting the comfort of using the Spa, to the Spa staff.
- In the event of a guest's late arrival for a treatment, the time will be deducted from the total treatment duration. .
- Kindly provide at least a 2-hour notice to the Spa staff regarding any changes or cancellations of appointments. Otherwise, the guest will be charged for the treatment.
- The hotel prioritizes the well-being and safety of its guests. Therefore, during the provision of Spa services, the hotel staff may inquire about any contraindications to performing the treatment in order to ensure its proper execution.
In the scope of the provided responses, personal data of a special category (health-related data) may be included. The administrator has the right to process this data when the individual to whom the data relates gives their consent (Art. 9(2)(a) of the GDPR). In case of the lack of consent for the processing of personal data of a special category, it will not be possible for the Hotel to provide SPA services. The data obtained in connection with the concluded agreement will be processed for the period necessary for the expiry of tax claims or civil law claims of the Hotel or the guest, depending on which of these events occurs later.
The administrator of the guests' personal data of Hotel*** Perła Południa, hereinafter referred to as the "Hotel" or "administrator," is PBM Południe Spółka Akcyjna TOUR Sp.k., with its registered office in Rytrze, 33-343 Rytro 380, entered into the National Court Register by the District Court for Kraków - Śródmieście in Kraków, XII Economic Department of the National Court Register, under the number KRS 0000720510, having NIP: 7343556479, REGON: 369566603. The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer to oversee the propeer processing of personal data, who can be contacted via the email address hotel@perlapoludnia.pl.
