Because we are what we eat, our kitchen follows the principle of "always healthy and traditional, "but with a touch of surprising flavors and innovative techniques. We rely on fresh, local products and seasonal vegetables and fruits. We have close relationships with nearby smokehouses, butchers, and dairies.

We also prepare dietary dishes carefully tailored and balanced in terms of calories and nutritional needs. During the off-season, we serve homemade delicacies from our pantry: preserves, fruit preserves, juices, and marinades.

In addition to our menu, we have addes a long-awaited treat - beloved not only by the little ones :) Authentic Italian pizza, straight from the oven, prepared by our Italian Pizzaiolo with certified Italian ingredients, is undoubtedly a delicious alternative for those who appreciate the bold flavours and quality of the ingredients used in this Italian specialty.
